Sticker and decal pricing by size for Shopify

What your customers get

• The exact size of their laptop, window or van panel, not the nearest of your three sizes.
• Materials side by side: gloss paper, white or clear vinyl for stickers; calendared, cast or reflective vinyl for decals.
• The finishing they need: kiss or die cut, lamination, weeding and transfer tape for cut lettering, and a rush option.
• Artwork upload with a resolution check for the size they picked.

Priced the way you quote

Small graphics are priced per square inch, because a square foot is too coarse: at $0.05 per square inch, a 4 × 4 in white vinyl sticker is $0.80 of material, so the minimum charge does the work on a single sticker. Each material has its own minimum, and options can be flat fees, per-piece or per-area prices, or a percentage: in the starter, die cut adds 15% and lamination is priced per square inch.

Sticker orders are mostly runs, which is where quantity breaks come in. On Pro, set up to four breaks, for example 10% off from 10, 15% from 25 and 20% from 50, and the product page shows the table under the price. The area pricing guide covers the units and minimums in detail.

From order to the cutter

Each line carries the size, material, cut and quantity, and the customer's file. On Pro, the production queue totals the vinyl each material needs, and proofs let customers approve the layout before you cut.
