Features
Everything Trimsize does for custom size pricing on Shopify
Pricing by size on the product page, the exact price at checkout, and the production side behind it.
Pricing
By area, length or a size table, with the extras your trade charges for.
Set a rate per square foot, square metre, foot or metre for each material, and a minimum charge so small jobs never sell below cost. Add-ons price per piece, per foot of edge or as a percentage: grommets, hemming, lamination, double sided. Rules add rush and oversize fees. If your supplier prices by size band, paste the table and Trimsize reads the price from the width and height. A 6 × 3 ft banner at $3.50 a square foot with hemming at $0.75 a foot of edge comes to $76.50, worked out the same way every time.

Product page
A price block that fits your theme and updates as customers type.
The Trimsize block sits on your theme's product page, styled to match it. Customers type a width and height or pick a preset size, choose a material from a dropdown or swatches, tick the options, and watch the price update with a breakdown and the total area. Artwork upload sits next to the size and checks the file's resolution for the size ordered. The block speaks English and German, following the language your store shows.
Checkout
Shopify sets the price, so it's right on every order.
Trimsize works out the price on its server, and a Shopify Function sets it on the cart line at checkout, so the price a customer saw is the price Shopify charges. There are no hidden variants and no fee products to clean up. If a price is edited in the browser, checkout stops that line. Size limits are checked again at checkout, and it all works the same on every Shopify plan, Basic to Plus.
Production Pro
What happens after the order, without another tool.
Paid orders with custom sizes land in a production queue with their artwork, due dates and stages. Job tickets print for the shop floor with the size, material and options on them. Material totals add up what the week's orders need, waste included, so you know what to order. Customers approve proofs on your store's own pages, and custom jobs go out as quotes, as Shopify draft orders. All of this is on Pro.
