Welcome to Trimsize

Price signs, banners and print by size, material and options, then make them.

Trimsize is custom size pricing for Shopify stores that sell made to measure: signs, prints, blinds, fabric. On the product page, customers type a width and height, pick a material and options like grommets, hemming or lamination, and see their price as they type. Checkout charges that same price. After the order, Trimsize helps you make it: artwork with a resolution check, proofs your customer approves, a production queue with job tickets, and quotes for custom jobs.

How it works

Every product in your store is listed on Products, with its pricing: search and filter it, and price many products at once.

What you need

  • The Online Store channel and a theme with app blocks (any Online Store 2.0 theme, such as Dawn or Savor). Trimsize doesn't run in POS, the Shop app or headless storefronts.
  • Products you sell by size. Products without Trimsize pricing aren't touched: they keep their normal price and buttons.

Starters cover banners, signs, canvas prints, decals, stickers, name plaques, blinds, roller doors, fabric, flooring, wallpaper, glass and acrylic, and sheet cut to size, and it works for anything priced by width × height or by length.

Trimsize's admin follows your Shopify admin's language where it has a translation: for now that's English, with dates and numbers in your language's format. Trimsize's own words for shoppers are in English or German, and your own words in every language you translate them into: see Languages.

Plans

The free plan prices up to 5 products by size, with checkout, templates and artwork upload. Pro adds unlimited products and rules, quantity breaks, and the production side: the queue, job tickets, proofs and quotes. Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. See Plans.
